3. This promotion commences on the 15th June 2011 and closes at 5:00pm on 24th December 2011.

4. Each entry will receive a chance to be drawn for a chance to win a Mini Cooper or a Prize package.

5. At the end of the promotion a prize draw ceremony shall be held and one finalist will be drawn from the pool of all entries.

This person will be known as the "finalist".

6. The finalist will be provided with a set of 12 numbered envelopes.
7. The finalist will select five envelopes – if the five envelopes selected contain five MINI symbols – the MINI will be awarded as the major
prize.

8. The finalist also agrees, in the event that he or she opens the five Mini Cooper envelopes, he or she will undertake such steps as are

required by Maven indemnifier to enable the payment of the Mini Cooper and acknowledges that the Mini Cooper will not be

available until these requirements have been met to the satisfaction of the indemnifier.

9. Any current or former employees & agents, (including their successors, assignees & family members) of Maven and

advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in this promotion, are ineligible to enter this promotion.

10. Maven and its agencies will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever

(including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury caused or sustained as a direct or indirect result of

an entrant being selected as the the entrant and/or winning a prize.

11. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner and the winner authorises the deduction

of taxes from any prize won to the extent required by law.

12. No prizes are transferable or exchangeable.

13. Maven decision is final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. Maven Wines reserves the right to extend the promotional period.
